Our Director, Jason Watson, brings over 27 years of experience leading cross-functional teams and delivering multimillion-dollar projects in infrastructure, renewables, mining, and public sector environments. As an Exemplar Global Certified Lead Environmental Auditor (ISO 14001 expertise), he excels in independent compliance auditing, risk management, regulatory alignment, assurance, and advisory services. Jason has a proven record of delivering high-quality outcomes on time and within budget—translating site-level performance into portfolio insights that give decision-makers confidence in risk exposure, compliance obligations, and operational readiness.
His work includes leading independent audits for major solar, battery storage, and quarry operations; providing whole-of-project leadership on high-value public infrastructure investments; and delivering strategic advisory for complex feasibility, construction, and operational phases. Across these engagements, Jason integrates environmental intelligence into governance and delivery—ensuring technically robust, publicly accountable, and strategically aligned results.
